At the main menu hit X, O, Triangle, Triangle, X, Square, O, X, Triangle, Square, O.
If entered right you should hear a gun.

Beat level 2 with 50,000 or more points.

Golden Gun
Beat level 1 with 50,000 or more points OR get a Gold ranking in the "first" mission.
