Level Select:
Play through the game normally until completing Subway A1. Return to the main menu and press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Left, Down, Circle.

Invincibility:
Press Start to pause game play, then press L1(2), L2(2), R1(2), R2(2). Note: This code may need to be re-enabled after an intermission sequence.

All Weapons:
Press Start to pause game play, then press L1, L2, R1, R2, Triangle, Circle, X, Square.

Unlimited Bullet time:
Press Start to pause game play, then press L1, L2, R1, R2, Triangle, X(2), Triangle.

Bonus Level:
Complete the game under the "Dead On Arrival" difficulty setting.

Secret Room:
Complete the Last Challenge level. The doors in the back of the room will open up to the Remedy Room.
