Level select

Unlock All Levels
At the "main menu", choose 'Continue Game', then select Password. At the 'Password' menu, press Triangle, Circle, X, Right, Right, Circle, Square, Down, Start.

If you entered the code correctly, you'll automatically proceed to the next screen.

Choose Single Player or Cooperative, then press Left or Right at the mission-select screen to choose any mission.
