Get All Players and Levels
On the main screen select the music track blink 182, [dammit] and play it.
Now pick the track blink 182, [untitled] and exit.
After you exit that screen the track will play.
Go to the Character select screen and HOLD Square + Triangle + Circle + X.
NOTE: Correct code entry is confirmed by the words "Blink 182 Rocks".
